RETURN/EXCHANGE

We want to make sure that your shopping experience at SB Hair and Beauty Online store is a great one that you will be very happy with.  Although we do not offer refunds, we do offer our customers 15 business days, to exchange your wigs or hair extension as long as the terms are met below and the products still in its brand new condition.  Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled, cut or hair products applied such as glue. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your unit, you can send it back for an exchange.

The following Policy does not apply to Clearance or Discontinued Items which are not returnable or exchangeable.

If you receive your wigs or hair extensions and you decide that you do not like the color, style, length, or texture that you ordered, or that you measured your head incorrectly and your unit is either too big or too small, etc., as long as you meet and follow the terms and conditions in this policy, you can contact us regarding an exchange.  We do not issue refunds.

We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and that have been altered in any way.  All packaging, including wig caps, wig bag, wig label or tag, etc. must be returned with the unit.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our return policy are not met.

If you get your wig or hair extensions and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 48 hours by phone or email.  This is required in order to properly process your request.  No Exceptions if you meet the terms below.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product and the re-shipping of any exchange.  We advise you return the unit with Signature Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

We do not accept Returns on wigs that have been altered NO EXCEPTIONS.  This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:

1.   DO NOT Cut the wigs or hair extensions

2.   DO NOT Tear or Rip wigs or hair extensions

3.   DO NOT Put Glue on the Unit

4.   DO NOT Put products on the Unit

5.   DO NOT Put any chemicals on the Unit

6.   DO NOT dye the Unit

7.   DO NOT attempt to correct the problem yourself prior to calling us

8.   DO NOT Style or Cut the Hair of the Unit

9.   DO NOT Perm the Unit

10.  DO NOT WASH OR CONDITION the Unit

11.  DO NOT WEAR the Unit

12.  DO NOT destroy or lose original packaging including wig caps and wig bag

13.  Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our return policy.

If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

We DO NOT issue refunds.   If you meet the terms of condition, you will receive an exchange or in-store credit.

Please note: Please be careful when applying and removing your unit and always follow the care instructions that are included with your unit.  We require that you read these instructions first in its entirety prior to doing anything to your unit.  We will not be responsible for units that are ripped, torn, or damaged by the customer after receipt.  Units that are ripped or torn by the customer after receipt are not covered under this return policy.

Placing Your Order

1. Add item(s) to the online shopping cart.

2. When you are finished shopping, click the checkout button.

3. Open an account this way you can comeback any time and see your purchase history.

4.Enter your billing and shipping information.

5.Select an order payment method and provide the requested information.

CANADA:  We ship all CANADA‘s orders via CANADA Post.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

Duty and taxes may vary depending on the countries, please check your country’s duty and tax regulation before placing an order.

All international orders ship via Express Mail through the CANADA Post with tracking and insurance.

You may receive separate deliveries if your order is consist of more then one item. We tried to get an item to you as soon as possible.

When your product is shipped, a notification will be sent to the E-mail address you provided. Sending items to more than one address? Please place a separate order for each shipping address. For your protection, when the billing and shipping address are different and cannot be verified, we reserve the right to ship to the billing address.

Ordering & Returns

All personal information given to us will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared.

Customers are responsible for return postage charge if the package is returned unclaimed.

Customers can order online and pick-up their order in our retail location (please call us at 519-945-8483 to notify us).

Customers can pay to us via PayPal by using their PayPal email address or by using any mayor credit card.
